These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the online store Studio AND, operated by:

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to orders placed through www.artnaturedigital.com and to the use of our online store.
Studio AND is a brand of Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Separate information regarding delivery, returns, withdrawal rights and privacy is available in our Delivery & Return Policy, Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung and Privacy Policy.
2. Products and services
Studio AND offers physical design products, prints, stickers, personalized products and other small-run goods, as well as selected design services.
The specific characteristics, dimensions, materials, prices and available customization options of a product are described on the respective product page.
Because colours can appear differently depending on displays, devices and printing processes, minor differences between the digital preview and the physical printed product may occur.
3. Ordering and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not itself constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
By completing the checkout and submitting an order using the designated order button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in your cart.
After submitting your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received it.
The exact conclusion of the contract may depend on the selected payment method and the applicable checkout process.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment already received without undue delay.
German law also requires the checkout to clearly disclose delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods, and the final ordering button must clearly indicate that the order creates a payment obligation.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed in the online store are the applicable consumer prices.
Where VAT is charged, prices include the applicable statutory VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional shipping costs are displayed separately before the order is completed.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may change from time to time.
Payment is processed through the payment provider selected during checkout.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver physical consumer orders within Germany unless otherwise stated.

6. Personalized and custom-made products
Some Studio AND products can be personalized or produced according to individual customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for checking the information, spelling, names, dimensions and artwork they submit before placing an order.
Where we provide a design proof for approval, production may begin after the proof has been approved.
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are manufactured according to individual customer specifications or are clearly personalized, where the statutory requirements for this exception are met.

7. Customer-supplied artwork and content
Where you upload or otherwise provide photographs, graphics, logos, text or other material for the production of a customized product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to reproduce that material for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You grant Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) the rights necessary to process, reproduce and manufacture the submitted content solely to the extent required to fulfil your order.
You must not knowingly provide content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, personality rights or other applicable rights, or content whose production would otherwise be unlawful.
We may decline a customization request where we reasonably believe that producing it would infringe applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Design services and revisions
Where a product includes a custom Studio AND design service, the scope of that service, including the number of concepts or revisions included, will be stated on the respective product page or agreed individually before work begins.
Requests that substantially exceed the agreed scope may require an additional quotation before further work is carried out.
Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual-property rights in original Studio AND design work remain with Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt), while the customer receives the usage rights explicitly agreed for the respective project.
9. Statutory rights regarding defects
The statutory rights regarding defective goods apply.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at artnaturedigital@gmail.com with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights regarding defective goods.
German sales law requires the seller to supply goods free of material and legal defects, and consumer rights cannot simply be excluded with generic “as-is” wording.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Complete information regarding the withdrawal period, exclusions, return costs and the withdrawal procedure is provided separately in our Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung and Delivery & Return Policy.
Where available, customers may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided through our online store.
11. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until the purchase price has been paid in full.
That is a standard concept expressly recognized under §449 BGB.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Studio AND website, including original designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, branding and other creative content, is owned by or licensed to Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to manufacture products without the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork.
13. Website use
You may not use our website in a manner that is unlawful, interferes with the operation or security of the website, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or infringes the rights of Studio AND or third parties.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our legal rights.
14. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping or other store functionality.
Links to external websites may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites.
Information regarding the processing of personal data by services used in our store is provided in our Privacy Policy.
15. Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability is mandatory by law, including for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
For other cases, liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
16. Consumer dispute resolution
Art Nature Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not obliged and does not undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
17. Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer-protection provisions that would otherwise apply.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary, for example to reflect changes to our services, products or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the relevant contract is concluded.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively alter existing contracts unless expressly agreed or legally required.
