1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship physical artwork from Germany using the delivery network of DEUTSCHE POST/ DHL to Germany, Europe, and international destinations according to the terms & conditions of DEUTSCHE POST/ DHL.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to process, pack, and ship your order within two business days. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order has been processed. Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
3. WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

5. I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO?
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it, please get in touch with us at artnaturedigital@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
6. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use various payment options according to the Shopify website builder system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout. The payment options include Shopify payments, Coinbase Commerce, and PayPal.
7. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 10 business days in Europe or longer than 21 business days outside of Europe, then please contact us at artnaturedigital@gmail.com, and we will be able to help.
8. I RECEIVED MY ORDER. UNFORTUNATEALY, IT IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED.
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at artnaturedigital@gmail.com, with a photo of the faulty item and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.
9. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order, please contact us at artnaturedigital@gmail.com,and we will be able to help you.
10. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final, and we don’t do refunds.
